Embro Gallery can only accept returns if the product(s) are found to be factory defective.
We cannot replace your order if you do not like the color or design of the products. When ordering from our online store,
please read all details of the products carefully. ( i.e. Size, color, design, pattern, availability etc)
If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure
that the products reach us in good condition.
We will process your return within 10-12 working days of receiving your shipment.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you could return it as safe as possible as like we sent.
Simply return unworn, unwashed commodities with all tags attached in the original box packing within 2 days of delivery
for an exchange. You will be issued a Refund only for the item(s) you are returning.
Please note -
No guarantees are given on color fastness. As some natural dyes like indigo will bleed during the first wash.
Handmade textiles deserve special care to preserve their beauty and strength.
How to Return the Product
Please follow below instructions while a return:
Step 1: Put the item(s) you plan to return along with the original invoice,
product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
Step 3: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service.
Step 4: Send us an email at email@example.com to inform us about the returns shipment.
Please include your original order ID number in the email.
After we have received your returns shipment, we will notify you via e-mail or call and
you can Exchange any other product for the same value or we will re-send proper product.
